Outdoor Farm Hands Required - Staffordshire

We are currently seeking Farm Hands who are reliable and hardworking individuals to join our client's team in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on, active role.

Important:

• Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport
• No visa sponsorships are available for this role

Duties will include:

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Weeding and maintaining crops
• Harvesting produce
• Checking quality of harvested goods

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 40+ hours per week

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 to £20.79 per hour
• Pay is dependent on pick rate and performance
