Factory Operative - Basingstoke

We are currently seeking a Factory Operative to join one of our valued clients based in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Details Of The Role:

• Location: Basingstoke
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 18:00pm
• Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing sheet metal materials
• Assisting in the assembly of signage
• Operating machinery and tools (training provided)
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping metal components
• Ensuring all products meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Experience working with sheet metal or signage is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
