We are excited to recruit a Facilities Service Manager for an ongoing assignment. If you have experience in facilities management and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Pay rate:
Shift schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 09:00 - 17:00 (around 37.5 hours per week)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of facilities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and security services for various properties.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and operating efficiently.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for repairs and service contracts.
- Monitor stock levels for essential supplies and manage inventory.
- Handle any facility-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Support event setup and management when required.
Skills Required:
- Experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Competency in supervising teams and coordinating workflows.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently when required.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach.
