📞 Export Sales Administrator

📍 Bolton 💷 £30,000 per annum 🕒 37.5 Hours Per Week 📅 Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break) 📅 Friday: 8:30am - 2:00pm

The Best Connection Bolton is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our well-established client based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in a varied customer-focused role, with the potential for long-term career development.

Must have experience in - Raising Certificates of Origin and insurance certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Managing customer enquiries, availability requests, pricing queries, and sample requests

✅ Quoting customers and entering quotations onto the system. Raising Certificates of Origin and insurance certificates.

✅ Creating new customer accounts, product codes, and SKUs

✅ Processing customer orders and raising works orders

✅ Coordinating transport and liaising with hauliers from quotation through to delivery

✅ Preparing dispatch notes, packing lists, certificates of origin, and insurance certificates

✅ Managing proforma invoices and export documentation

✅ Shipping coordination with customers and internal departments

✅ Maintaining order books and updating outstanding order reports

✅ Handling customer complaints, investigating issues, and ensuring resolutions are completed

✅ Managing product samples and communicating with manufacturing and warehouse teams

✅ Liaising with drivers, transport providers, and external suppliers

✅ General office and administration duties

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous customer service or sales administration experience

✔ Strong administration and organisational skills

✔ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

✔ Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems

✔ Experience within manufacturing, logistics, export, or order processing environments would be advantageous
