The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Sheffield, who are looking for an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor / Telecoms Electrician to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified electrician with telecoms industry experience who is looking for a role involving nationwide travel, varied installation work and long-term career development.

The Role

You will supervise and assist with a variety of electrical installation projects, including:

• Installation of AC and DC electrical equipment
• Working on mobile phone cabins and cabinets
• Carrying out installations across the UK and, occasionally, Northern Ireland
• Supervising electrical installation work and ensuring high standards are maintained
• Working directly with customers in a professional and confident manner

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working as an electrician within the Telecoms industry
• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification
• 18th Edition BS7671:2018 (2382-18)
• Level 3 Certificate in Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• A full, valid UK driving licence
• The flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
