The Best Connection West Bromwich are currently recruiting for Driver’s Mates to work for our client based in Kidderminster.

• PAY RATE: £12.21 per hour.
• OVERTIME RATES: After 8 hours worked: £16.87 per hour, Saturday: £16.87 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays: £22.50 per hour.
• Hours of work: Various start times in the morning.
• FOLLOWING TRIAL PERIOD, THIS JOB MAY LEAD TO ONGOING POSITION!

Please see main duties below:

• Assist driver with directions.
• Communicate with customers prior to delivery.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Helping with paperwork.
• Manual handling heavy products.

Candidate requirements:

• Good work ethic.
• Punctual.
• Must be capable of lifting heavy loads.
• Positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be flexible with shifts.
• Experience in role would be beneficial.
