The Best Connection are recruiting for Drivers Mates to support our client with home delivery operations. This is a professional, customer-facing role where you'll work alongside a driver, delivering goods directly to customers' homes as part of a 2-person team.

The Role:

• Assisting the driver with the delivery of goods to customers' homes
• Heavy lifting involved, but always working as a 2-man team
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner
• Ensuring deliveries are completed in a safe and timely manner
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Subject to random drugs and alcohol testing

The Candidate:

• Professional, polite, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Flexible and willing to commit to the working hours
• Any suitable candidates will complete a induction.

Hours of Work:

• Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 17:00
• Saturday: 07:00 - 18:00
• No Sundays or Bank Holidays

Pay Rates:

• £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
