🚛 Driver's Mate - Temp to Perm | Gloucester 🚛

Looking to build a long-term career in logistics? We're hiring Driver's Mates in Gloucester on a temp-to-perm basis.

💷 Pay:

* £12.71 per hour while temporary

* £30,000 salary upon going permanent

What you'll be doing:

✔ Assisting with delivery of kegs, casks, cases & palletised goods

✔ Safe loading/unloading using equipment (sack trucks, tail lifts, etc.)

✔ Supporting drivers with routes, paperwork & customer service

✔ Checking stock and reporting damages/shortages

✔ Following all health & safety procedures

What we're looking for:

✔ Full UK driving licence (essential)

✔ Team player with strong work ethic

✔ Good communication & customer service skills

✔ Physically fit for manual handling

🚀 Progression Opportunity:

Opportunity to progress into HGV Class 1 training Successful candidates with a full UK driving licence may be offered HGV Class 1 training through an internal driver programme (subject to performance & business needs).
