Hours: Monday to Saturday Operation 05:45am/ 06:00am Starts

We are currently recruiting Drivers Mates for a busy operation in Andover.

This is a customer-facing role where you will assist drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of goods directly to customer's homes. You will be responsible for helping load and unload vehicles, carrying items into properties, and providing excellent customer service at every delivery.

Key Responsibilities as a Drivers Mate:

• Assisting the driver with home deliveries
• Loading and unloading products safely
• Heavy lifting and manual handling
• Ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and professionally
• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements of a Drivers Mate::

• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
