Driver Compliance Coordinator - Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Location: Enfield

Hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Pay: £13.50 an hour

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility for occasional weekend work

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Driver Compliance Coordinator to join a busy logistics and warehouse operation based in Enfield. This role will focus on monitoring driver compliance, supporting operational standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and management to ensure procedures are followed and customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers while on the road and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Handle and resolve driver and customer complaints professionally
• Ensure drivers are following operational and compliance standards
• Verify delivery addresses and investigate any discrepancies
• Check that drivers are contacting customers where required
• Monitor driver communication and delivery performance
• Maintain accurate compliance records and reports
• Support warehouse and transport management teams with operational checks
• Escalate any recurring compliance or service issues
• Assist with audits, investigations, and process improvements

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse operations, compliance, or administration
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Confident handling complaints and resolving issues professionally
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend work

Desirable

• Experience working with delivery drivers or transport teams
• Understanding of logistics or last-mile delivery operations
• Knowledge of compliance and health & safety procedures
