The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Document Scanning Operators for our valued client based in Bilston,
DBS Checks will need to be provided, this service will be offered by The Best Connection if the check isn't already in place. 

Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour 
Hours: Shifts are 8 hour days, on shift variants from 6am in the morning between 06:00-17:00

Duties:

To be responsible to use imaging equipment/machinery to scan varying documents types according to specified work instructions.

• To follow specified work instructions to ensure that documents are scanned to customer requirements.
• Attention to detail for optimal image clarity.
• Working towards targets (hourly and daily) individually and as part of a team.
• Escalate any issues or concerns arising from scanning.
• Maintaining first line of scanner maintenance.
• To contribute to, participate in and attend appropriate meetings and training courses as required for the role.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties, in respect to the department function as requested.

Training provided and compliance worked towards:

• ISO management system and BS 10008 awareness training is required to be completed on annual basis.
• Compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 27001 Information Security, BS 10008 Evidential Weight & Legal Admissibility Management system requirements as defined in all applicable policies, procedures, and training & awareness requirements.
• Adherence to the company Acceptable Use Policy.
• Compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 27001 Information Security, BS 10008 Evidential Weight & Legal Admissibility Management system requirements as defined in all applicable policies, procedures, and training & awareness requirements.
