The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for a Cutting and Creasing Machine Operative to join our client based in Crewe.

This is a rare and immediate opportunity for an experienced operator with specific experience within the folding carton industry.

The Role:

• Operating cutting and creasing machinery, including Brausse, Bobst and Heidelberg equipment
• Working with run lengths ranging from 2,500 to 100,000 sheets
• Carrying out multiple make-readies throughout the shift
• Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working closely with other teams and supporting colleagues with the use of equipment where required
• Maintaining high standards of quality and production

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Cutting and Creasing Operator within the folding carton industry is essential
• Experience operating Brausse, Bobst and/or Heidelberg machinery would be highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and committed to maintaining high production and quality standards

The Job:

• Monday - Friday
• Alternating early and afternoon shifts
• Immediate start available
• Pay negotiable depending on experience
• £14.00-£20.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level
