Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
⌚ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

✔️ Use your skills and knowledge to guide customers and solve their issues
✔️ Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
✔️ Build strong relationships with customers
✔️ Assist in the warehouse occasionally when required

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry
✔️ Previous experience in a customer support role
✔️ Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
✔️ Strong computer skills
✔️ Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
