• 09:00 - 18:00, 5 days out of 7 (weekends included)

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of a dynamic team handling up to 1,000 calls per day.
• Take orders, assist clients, and offer promotional deals.
• Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction with every call.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing friendly and professional support.

What We’re Looking For:

• A chatty, outgoing personality and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• You don’t need to come from a call centre background, but you must be confident working in a fast-moving environment.
