The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a well established and expanding client base in the L11 area of Liverpool. 

The role is as a customer service advisor in a small team. It is a varied position and the role would include:

• Answering/responding to customer and client emails.
• Answering phones/phone queries.
• Processing refunds and returns. 
• Posting website adverts.
• Processing Online Orders.
• Dealing with Trade Counter queries in the future. 

The position is a long term ongoing role with the potential of a permanent position for the right candidate. 

Previous customer service experience is essential.

The role is Monday-Friday, working 8.30- 5pm.
