Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Burntwood
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in Burntwood for a Customer Service Coordinator.

This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to learn new skills and develop within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ordering and allocating parts from external suppliers and sites
• Allocating products to the correct facilities
• Data entry and maintenance of accurate records
• Supporting the production planning function
• Providing excellent customer service and administrative support

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong computer literacy skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft databases and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

• 39 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm

Salary:

• £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
