Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (shift rota)

Job Type: Temporary (initially 5 weeks, with potential for extension)


Job Overview

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants for our client based in Eurocentral, Motherwell. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and live webchat
  • Provide clear, professional and efficient customer support
  • Manage a variety of customer queries in a timely manner
  • Work towards individual performance targets
  • Maintain a high standard of written communication and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
