What You'll Be Doing

In this engaging role, you’ll:

• Be the friendly voice and problem-solver for customers, managing enquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers and the public.
• Keep electronic databases up-to-date with details of interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Ensure customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
• Assist with payments, provide basic account advice, process invoices, and arrange repairs.

Every day, you’ll use your excellent communication and organizational skills to help customers feel heard, supported, and satisfied.

What’s In It For You?

•  £11.89 per hour
•  Monday – Friday with Various shift patterns:
• 8am-4pm
• 9am-5pm
• £150 Bonus after 8 weeks *T&Cs apply
