⭐️The Best Connection Slough are currently seeking a customer service advisor based in Langley⭐️ 

Knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry is desirable for this role

 PAY RATE: £12.50 P/H

⌚ HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm⌚

You will be:

✔️Using your skills and knowledge to guide the customers and solve their issues

✔️Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

✔️Building strong relationships with customers 

✔️Helping out in the warehouse occasionally when required

The ideal candidate will have: 

✔️ Knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry 

✔️ Previous experience in a customer support role

✔️ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

✔️ Strong computer knowledge 

✔️ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
