The Best Connection are currently seeking experienced candidates, to work at our client, based in Mansfield!
Working within a fast paced working environment, the responsibilities of the role will include:
- Handling customer interactions for an organisation
- Responding to phone calls, emails and live chat queries
- Listening to customer concerns
- Provide information on the companies services
- Data entry / use of various computer software
- Liaising with internal departments
- General administration duties
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Have a great knowledge of problem solving
- Work hard to deliver the best possible outcome, and provide the best service
- Excel at building rapport with customers
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication
Working hours:
- 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri)
- Pay rate is £11.54 to begin with, however there is also the potential of a pay increase, following a successful probation period!!
- OT rates in place, for hours worked over 37.5 / Saturdays if required
A full up to date CV will be required, followed by your first face to face interview at TBC Mansfield branch, and an interview on the client premises!
