The Best Connection are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisos to work at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in making those connections happen. You'll be the voice of DHL, helping customers with confidence, care and expertise. • Pay: £15.43ph
• Overtime Pay: £23.15 (after 40 hours)
• Hours: 37.5hrs a week shifts between Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 19:15
• Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington
• Training & Support: 7 weeks structured training and mentoring process, helping you build confidence and capability from day one.
• Duration: Ongoing, Temporary
• Accessible via the Skylink Bus Route
• Free Parking Provided

Vetting for a Customer Service Advisor:

• Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
• Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us!)
