The Best Connection are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisor(s) to work at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career with a global leader in logistics, distribution and supply chain management, with full Aviation Training provided.
- Pay: £13.82ph
- Overtime Pay: £20.73 (after 40 hours)
- Hours: Rotating Shifts between 07:30 - 20:15, Monday to Friday
- MUST be able to work a minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:00 - 14:15
- Hybrid Office and Working from Home, 2 out of 4 weeks (dependant on performance + personal preference)
- Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington
- All Training Provided, minimum 4 weeks onsite training, 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Duration: Ongoing, Temporary to Permanent
- Accessible via the Skylink Bus Route

Vetting for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
- Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us!)
- Be willing to complete an Aviation Security Course (Paid for by us!)
Role and Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience of working with MS Word and Excel (desirable)
- Experience working within a Customer Service environment (required)
- Handling Customer queries (by phone or electronically)
- Liaising with Network Contacts and Customers
- Using in house data systems
- Data Entry
- Meeting company KPI's
