Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Carlisle
Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday
Type: Temp-to-Perm (Immediate start)
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to work in an office-based role for one of our clients in the Carlisle area. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Administrative duties: Basic admin work using Excel and internal applications.
- Customer service: Handling customer inquiries over the phone and in person at the reception.
- Courier management: Dealing with couriers and logistics.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, from customer service to office-based duties.
- Availability for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM).
Compliance Requirements:
- 5 years of work history with no gaps (required for vetting checks).
- DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
- Proof of address.
- Valid ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Rate of Pay:
£12.25 per hour.
