The Best Connection West Bromwich is delighted to be recruiting two experienced Crosshead Extrusion Setters for our client's fantastic manufacturing and distribution centre, located in the heart of West Bromwich.

📅 Available Shifts

Choose from two great shift patterns:

• Monday - Thursday | 06:00 - 18:00
• Monday - Thursday | 07:00 - 19:00

💷 Pay Rate

✅ £14.00 per hour

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, your daily duties will include:

• Working under the direction of a Team Leader and following assigned tasks
• Setting up and operating Crosshead Extrusion machinery
• Performing routine tool maintenance and cleaning
• Inspecting raw materials and finished parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintaining accurate production and quality documentation
• Upholding 5S workplace standards
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
• Carrying out additional tasks when required
