The Best Connection - Newport is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join a well-established client based in Caldicot.

This is a full-time night shift position working in a busy warehouse environment, offering ongoing and consistent work from Sunday to Thursday.

Role Overview:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse
• Following site procedures and maintaining accurate records
• Working as part of a warehouse and logistics team on night shifts

Pay & Benefits:

• £15.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Five-night working week (Sunday to Thursday)
• Ongoing and stable work

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or forklift role

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
