The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday with a chance of becoming permanent after a 12 weeks trial period. There is opportunity for overtime when available which is paid at an increased rate. Pay rate & Hours for the Forklift Counterbalance Driver:

• Days £12.80 per hour, Nights £13.80 all standard hours
• Days £16.00, nights £17.00 after working 40 hours
• Monday to Friday days, Monday to Thursday nights
• Days 08:00 - 17:00
• Nights 19:30 - 18:00

Requirements of the Forklift Counterbalance Driver:

• Attention to detail
• Good numeracy skills
• Good accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to work to target

Duties/responsibilities of the Forklift Counterbalance Driver:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift
• Manually picking and packing
• Loading and unloading vehicles
