The Best Connection Mansfield are seeking a Logistics Administrator, for a well known company that provide cutting-edge logistics solutions for multinational companies, based in South Normanton, Alfreton!!
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with HGV drivers
- Liaising with staff in other departments
Working hours:
- 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay rate:
Our client, are looking for the following values and experience in a candidate:
- Strong computer experience/skill – no particular system experience necessary, Microsoft mainly
