Container Unloader / Warehouse Operative Location: Stonehouse Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Ad Hoc Temporary Basis (shifts available as and when deliveries arrive) We are currently recruiting for a Container Unloader / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Stonehouse on an ad hoc temporary basis. This role is only required when deliveries arrive, so work will be offered as needed rather than on a fixed weekly schedule. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is comfortable with manual handling duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Unloading containers and deliveries

* Picking and packing customer orders

* Loading and unloading goods

* Manual handling and lifting of items up to 26kg

* Operating pallet trucks to move stock safely

* Receiving and checking incoming deliveries

* Storing products in designated warehouse locations

* Preparing goods for dispatch

* Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry

* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe

* Walking and standing for extended periods throughout the shif

Requirements

* Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 26kg

* Comfortable working on your feet for long periods

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

* Good attention to detail

* Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

* Must live locally to Stonehouse or have access to reliable transport due to the location
