The Best Connection are working in partnership with our logistics/warehousing client based in Brompton on Swale. As business levels have increased they require Container Operatives to support the company on an ad hoc basis.
The role:
- Physically de-canting/emptying container of contents
- Removing items from container and placing on pallets to be moved in warehouse
- Working as team to operate safely/efficiently to complete the set task
The candidate:
- Physically fit as lifting/moving items from container
- Flexible to work as containers arrive on an ad-hoc timeframe and any requirements are on this basis
Hours of work:
- Containers arrive Monday to Friday
- 9.30am shift starts, shifts are in 3 hour blocks
Pay Rate:
Due to the location, candidates would ideally live nearby or have their own transport to get to site.
