The Best Connection are currently seeking a CNC Textile Conversion Supervisor for a Textile company in the Bradford area.
Responsibilities of the CNC Textile Conversion Supervisor
- Collaborate with the engineer and production manager to discuss orders,processes, and any issues
- Programme and adjust machine controls
- Make adjustments as and when fabric types change
- Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Record detailed information about completed work and machine settings
- Clean, oil and lubricate machine using air hoses, cleaning solutions, rags, oilcans, and grease guns
- Notify management of any mechanical malfunctions
- Supervise a small team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety
Requirements of the CNC Textile Conversion Supervisor
- Be able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and be flexible with overtime when needed
- Previus CNC with Textile experience
- Good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to target.
- CAD experience preferable but not essential
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
