The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting a CNC Setter / Machine Operative for our client based in Twycross, a manufacturer of high-quality agricultural trailers including cattle, bale, and horse trailers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment in a practical, workshop-based role. Full training will be provided.

Hours, Days & Pay

• Monday to Friday

• 08:00 - 16:30

• £13.50 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview

You will be working as part of a skilled manufacturing team, supporting the production of agricultural trailers. Duties include:

• Setting up and operating Siemens CNC machines

• Setting and adjusting machine tools

• Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings

• Carrying out basic maintenance on CNC equipment

• Supporting production to ensure quality and efficiency
