***** NEW JOB JUST IN ***** The Best Connection are looking for CNC Operatives for our prestigious client located in Worcester. Using ‘3D printing’ our client digitally cast parts using state of the art technology.  This role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has a keen interest in manufacturing and are looking to be the key part of the team.

Responsibilities of CNC Operative:

• Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and cutting parameters to ensure precision.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools such as callipers and micrometres.
• Monitor machine operations and maintain accurate production records with health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience with CNC operation milling and lathe.

Shift + Payrate

• Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00
• £14.77 per hour

Overtime:

• £22.16 per hour - After 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
• £22.16 per hour - Saturday
• £29.54 per hour - Sunday/Bank Holiday
