Pay Rate - £12.00 per hour

Flexibility required for hours 

Minimum 20 hours per week 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are consistently met.
• Organize daily cleaning schedules and rotas to meet client needs.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide hands-on support to the team when required.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning and team supervision (essential).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
