About the Role

We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for trunking work based in Sutton Coldfield. This role involves depot-to-depot trunking, with no multi-drop deliveries, making it ideal for drivers who prefer clean, straightforward work and consistent hours.

You will be working with well-maintained vehicles, operating in a professional and safety-focused environment.

Shift Patterns

• Day shifts available
• Night shifts available
• Occasional Sunday work (paid at a premium rate)
• Minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Regular, ongoing work available

Pay & Benefits

Duties Include

• Trunking between depots and distribution centres
• Safe and professional driving at all times
• Completing vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring load security and compliance
• Following tachograph and WTD regulations
• Maintaining excellent customer and company representation

Requirements

✔ Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

✔ Valid Driver CPC

✔ Valid Digital Tachograph Card

✔ Minimum 6-12 months Class 1 experience for insurance purposes

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
