Our client, who deliver outstanding customer service and responsible waste management solutions bordering the Cotswolds, are looking for Class 2 skip drivers to join their growing team.
*TEMP TO PERM POSITIONS FOR SUITABLE CANDIDATES*
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive Skip Lorry to transport skips throughout the local area.
- Load and unload the skips safely.
- Follow delivery routes efficiently.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and inspect lorries for mechanical issues and safety concern. Report any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service following our Company Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Tachograph Laws
Skills / Qualifications
- Valid Category C Licence
- Driving Experience is essential
- Attention to details in Vehicle Safety
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent Navigation skills including high knowledge of the local area.
- 8-Wheeler hook lift experience/ Tipper experience is preferable but not essential
- Skip hire experience is preferable but not essential.
