The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Skip Driver(hook loader) Afternoon Driver for our well-established client based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for a reliable and experienced driver looking for stable, long-term work.

🔧 Job Details:

• Night shifts, 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekend work - 1 Sunday per month (paid at Time + 1/4)
• Mainly local runs around the West Midlands
• Temp to Perm position after successful probation
• Pay Rate: £15.43 per hour

🚛 Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 Roll On Roll Off vehicle
• Collect and deliver skips to commercial and industrial sites
• Complete all relevant paperwork and follow company procedures
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean and roadworthy

✅ Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Hook loading experience preferred
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to complete a week's training on days if required (depending on experience)
