We are looking for an experienced refuse driver on behalf of our client in the Chichester area.

Our well known organisation, based in the outskirts of Chichester, manages domestic rubbish collections in Chichester city and the surrounds. They are looking for drivers to expand their team.

After a successful trail, there is potential for the role to go permanent

Full Training will be provided and you will need to complete a driving assessment prior to starting this role. 

Main duties will include:

• Driving refuse lorries around the Chichester area for loaders to fill up
• Assisting loaders when needed to load the waste
• Dealing with the general public

You will need:

• Class c licence
• CPC 
• Experience of driving a refuse vehicle in a similar role

Shifts:

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting each morning at 0600. Due to the start time and location, ideally you will have your own transport to get to site each day.
