The Best Connection Group LTD are looking for Class 2 drivers to work at one of our clients based in the Brinklow, Milton Keynes area.

The roles will include; driving a 18 Tonne Temperatured controlled vehicle in a safe and professional manner whilst delivering ambient food items to stores across in and out of London, stock will be in cages and be delivered at curbside.

The shift will be 5 days on, 3 days off including weekends. Start times usually start between 00:00 to 05:00, client will provide start time the shift before. They can change on a daily basis depending on allocation of routes.

Pay rates are £19.00 per hour and overtime after 8.75 hours daily at £28.50 per hour.

No experienced needed! 

Responsibilities:

• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently to transport goods to customers
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.

Qualifications:

• A Full Valid UK Licence with Category C
• A Valid CPC and Digital tacho card
• All drivers are required to have no more than 6 points and any DR, DG or DD endorsements will not be accepted.
• Good knowledge of the UK roads
• Clear and concise communication skills
