Hook HIAB Driver - £17.00 per hour (Wallsend)

The Best Connection are recruiting an experienced LGV C (HGV Class 2) Hook HIAB Driver for our client based in Wallsend. This is an ongoing position with the potential to go temp to perm for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Driving and operating a Cat C Hook HIAB
• Delivering construction products to private and commercial properties across the North East
• Loading and unloading stock for deliveries
• Completing all relevant delivery paperwork

The Candidate:

• LGV C licence, CPC & Digi card - all valid and in date
• HIAB (Hook) certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Maximum of 6 penalty points with no DD or DR convictions

Pay Rates (PAYE):

• £17.00 per hour basic rate
• £25.50 per hour overtime after 40 hours worked per week
