The Best Connection Sheffield is currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for ad hoc, ongoing and weekly assignments with a variety of clients across Sheffield, Rotherham, and Chesterfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for flexible work, whether you're seeking extra shifts alongside existing commitments, full week work or looking to gain experience across a range of industries.
The Role
- Ad hoc and short-notice assignments available
- Monday to Sunday shifts
- Full-time hours available for those who want them
- Start times vary depending on client requirements
- Multi-drop and palletised deliveries
- Local and regional routes
- Opportunities to work with a variety of well-established businesses
- Temporary and ongoing assignments available
- Manual handling may be required, depending on the client
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Good customer service skills
- No more than 6 penalty points (subject to client approval)
