The Best Connection are currently looking for multiple Class 2 Drivers for removals work with our busy client in West Thurrock.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on role involving both driving and removals work. You will be responsible for transporting customers' belongings safely while also assisting with loading, unloading, packing, and general removals duties.

Hours and pay

6am-7am start for 8 hour paid working day, Monday to Friday

Some days you may only work between 6-7 hours but will be paid for 8 hours per day

£16.50 per hour, weekly pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle to complete local and long-distance removals
• Loading and unloading furniture, boxes, and household items
• Ensuring all goods are handled with care and secured safely for transit
• Providing excellent customer service on-site
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring road safety compliance

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good level of physical fitness (heavy lifting involved)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous removals experience preferred but not essential
