Class 2 Driver Needed - Swindon

We're recruiting through The Best Connection Swindon for a friendly Category C Delivery Driver (18 Tonne) to join our team based in Swindon. This job is on an ad hoc basis.

About the Role:

You'll deliver to local independent retailers around Swindon, making sure orders arrive on time and customers feel valued.

What You'll Do:

• Work with the depot team to check orders before delivery
• Complete daily multi-drop deliveries around South west area
• Handle stock carefully on and off your vehicle
• Always provide great customer service

Please note: This role involves regular manual handling and pallet work.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday, starting at 7 am
• £15.00 per hour PAYE
• 30 hours per week
• Immediate start available

What You Need:

• Valid Category C UK driving licence
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and your own tacho smartcard
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries
• Good knowledge of Swindon and surrounding areas
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure
• Flexible with working hours
