Job: Class 2 Airside Driver

Location: Manor Royal, Crawley

Pay: £18.70

The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking Class 2 Drivers for one of our clients In Manor Royal, Crawley

The successful candidate will possess a current and valid Category C Licence, Digi tacho and CPC card.

Our Client is an internationally renowned company who are looking to add Class 2 drivers to their team.

Shift Patterns:

• 4 on 4 Off – 12 hour shifts
• 16:00 & 17:00 starts. 

Rate of Pay:

£18.70 PH PAYE

Responsibilities of the Class 2 Driver:

• Operating a Class 2 High Loader vehicle following training and health and safety procedures
• Delivery of on flight catering from the depot to Gatwick airport for various airlines.
• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle. Report any safety issues on standard reports.
• Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives.
• Assist warehouse team with loading of stock at the start of the day.
• Assisting in stripping the aircraft overnight. 
• Report any incidents and accidents to your Line Manager.
• Refuelling vehicles as and when required.
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures.

Requirements of the Class 2 Driver:

• Category C Licence.
• CPC.
• Digi Tacho.
• Airside driving experience is preferred.
• 5 Years referenceable work history.
