The Best Connection are currently looking for Class 2 Drivers in Farnborough to work on a 4 on 4 off pattern!

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 drivers for a leading global transport client based in Farnborough. This role is working for a well-established nationwide company. They are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to assist with deliveries on a 4 on 4 off pattern!

Competitive Pay Rates:

• Monday to Friday: £16.13 per hour
• Overtime (after 8 hours): £24.19 per hour
• Saturday: £24.19 per hour
• Sunday: £32.26 per hour

Role Details:

• Deliver home and garden furniture to customer premises
• Drivers will be accompanied by a driver's mate
• Operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle (may be 7.5t on certain days) in a safe and efficient manner
• Complete all relevant paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

Typical shift:

• 07:00 - 16:00 (times may vary up to 11am start)
• Weekend work required Key

Responsibilities:

• Up to 15 deliveries per day
• Handling heavy lifting
• Handball included
• Collaborating with a driver's mate to ensure safe delivery of products

Requirements:

• Valid C license (with no more than 6 points)
• In-date CPC and Digi card
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to work on a 4 on 4 off pattern
