We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Driver for a confirmed, ongoing weekly trunking position based in Altham.

This is a straightforward role suited to drivers looking for reliable night work with minimal physical duties.

Shift & Pay Details

• Start time: 22:00
• Finish time: 04:00
• Shifts: Confirmed weekly (ongoing)
• Pay rate: £18.00 per hour
• Night trunk work

Job Description

• Trunk run from the client's depot to the customer location
• Reload at the customer site
• Return directly back to the client's depot
• No handball required
• Curtain-sided vehicle - drivers will only be required to open and close curtains
• Clean, uncomplicated run with set routes

This is a nice, easy trunking run, ideal for drivers who prefer consistent night shifts without manual handling.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience (essential)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and legislation
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
