**Class 1 Night Driver required in Basildon**

The Best Connection Employment Group is currently seeking a Class 1 Night Driver for a major client in Basildon, operating within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector.

Job Details:

· Shift Pattern: Monday night to Saturday AM

· Hours: 19:00 - 08:30 (Includes sleep out in vehicle from roughly 22:00 - 02:30)

· Pay Rate: £22.43 per hour (PAYE) & Overtime after 45 hours at £29.45 per hour

· Location: Basildon

Responsibilities of a Class 1 (Night) Driver in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector:

· Drive from Basildon Depot to Heathrow Airport / Slough SDC, and then back to Basildon after Sleep Out

· Performing daily vehicle inspections (pre- and post-operation)

· Following designated delivery routes and instructions accurately

· Ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are followed

Requirements:

· Valid (Cat C+E) manual driving licence

· Minimum of 2 year experience.

· 5 years of reference-able work history

· Clear DBS or overseas criminal record check (if applicable)

· Be willing to provide a 5-year HMRC letter (we will show you how!)
