The Best Connection are urgently seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers to work for our new client based in New Holland.

Ongoing work is available and temp-perm after 18 weeks for Drivers seeking permanent work. 

Day work and tramping work is available as there are local and nationwide runs available. The nationwide runs require Drivers to night out due to the long distance of the driving.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting Timber products
• Delivering to customers in a professional and timely run.   
• Using straps and ratchet straps to secure the load is safe. 
• Inspecting vehicles and loads before departure. 

 Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 licence, CPC and digi cards. Minimum 2 years of experience driving Class 1 (HGV) vehicles.
• Good communication and time management skills 
• Monday-Friday work, AM start times. Overtime is paid after 48 hours worked.
