We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver for our company based in Wednesbury.

Position: Class 1 HGV Driver

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible options available)

Location: [Wednesbury]

Salary: £16.00ph overtime after 8hrs £24.00ph

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles.
• Deliver goods efficiently while meeting delivery schedules, usually 2/3 drops a day, no handball.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are accurately documented.
• Comply with all UK driving regulations, including drivers' hours and tachograph rules.
• Provide excellent customer service when delivering to clients.

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks and transport regulations.
• Strong safety awareness and a professional attitude.
