The Best Connection are working closely with our client to source additional HGV Class One (C+E) Drivers for their Thirsk operation.

The role:

• The Safe and Timely Operation of a C+E (Class one) vehicle
• Starting at the Thirsk hub you will be driving across the country to deliver goods using flatbed vehicles.
• Strapping and securing load
• All vehicle checks and reporting of defects.
• Achieving delivery slots
• Using website-based delivery scheduling
• Completion of electronic delivery notes and any associated paperwork

Hours of work:

06.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday

The candidate:

• C+E (Class One) Licence
• In date CPC and DIGI Card
• Experience using Flat Bed trailers preferred

Rewards:

• £14.00 per hour for first 8 hours worked Monday to Friday
• £21.00 per hour after 8 hours per day
• £28.00 Sunday and Bank Holidays
