The Best Connection are proud to be working in partnership with a large, well-established haulage company based in Durham. Due to continued growth and long-term commitment, we are currently recruiting LGV CE (Class 1) drivers for day shifts, with optional nights out available.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking steady trunking work with minimal physical demands.

🚛 The Role:

• A to B trunking

• Pre-loaded vehicles

• Pre-planned routes

• Strapping loads only

• No handball involved

• Optional nights out

• Class 1 driver

⏰ Shift Details:

• Day shifts

• Class 1 driver role

• Start times vary depending on destination

• Typical start time around 06:00

💷 Pay Rates (PAYE):

• Monday to Friday: £14.25 per hour

• Saturday: £16.00 per hour

• Sunday: £17.00 per hour

• £25.00 night out allowance

✅ Requirements:

• Full LGV CE (Class 1) UK Driving Licence

• Valid Driver CPC

• Digital Tachograph Card

• Reliable, professional attitude
